Lisa worked with my teenage son, in preparation for his GCSEs. She helped him to overcome his worry about forgetting all of his revision. This played on his mind a lot and he was feeling quite stressed early into his revision. He was worried about letting us and himself down. Lisa put him at ease and quickly built a rapport with him. He said he felt like she had a calm and approachable way about her which meant he could relax. His approach to revision changed immediately and he went into his exams feeling much calmer and more positive. To top it all off, he did really well and got his place at college! Thank you Lisa you have helped my son in ways we couldn’t. I recommend Lisa to anyone with children getting ready for their exams or with other teenage mental health support.
