no more exam stress

Lisa worked with my teenage son, in preparation for his GCSEs. She helped him to overcome his worry about forgetting all of his revision. This played on his mind a lot and he was feeling quite stressed early into his revision. He was worried about letting us and himself down. Lisa put him at ease and quickly built a rapport with him. He said he felt like she had a calm and approachable way about her which meant he could relax. His approach to revision changed immediately and he went into his exams feeling much calmer and more positive. To top it all off, he did really well and got his place at college! free from emetophobia

I have struggled with emetophobia for as long as I can remember, probably since a young child. I had lots of areas to work on which contributed to the phobia. I used to call it ‘my phobia’ like it belonged to me but now I know it does not! Lisa worked through the discomforts one by one over a period of weeks. I noticed a shift in the way I was feeling and thinking in just the first session. She was very approachable and knowledgable of the issues I discussed with her.

One of the biggest challenges was the feeling that I could never be free of it. This had a big impact on my mental well-being. I had therapy previously but it hadn’t worked. Belief Coding sessions were hugely different. Belief Coding sessions mean I no longer think about being sick or getting sick. I found it difficult to stay in certain social situations for fear of becoming ill but I now have the mental strategies and affirmations which have given me a totally new outlook. I have gained confidence and am able to eat in different places. My self esteem has improved and I can enjoy things in a way that I didn’t before. My family have noticed a big difference and I am feeling so much more positive. I am really glad that Lisa has been able to help make such a difference over the weeks. Thank you Lisa.

breathing easier

I was struggling to catch my breath in certain situations and feeling shaky and dizzy. Things got to the point that I didn’t feel like I could go to work. I read about Lisa on a facebook post and after a short chat I booked a belief session. She is caring, compassionate and has a lovely warm energy.

After the session, I felt an instant relief but I was also shocked about what had caused this problem in the first place. I went back to a childhood memory which woke me up to how painful things were and with help I have been able to get over the issues and feel healed within. healthy boundaries set

I have always struggled to say no and didn’t realise just how much  of a people pleaser I had become. Avoiding conversations and always going the extra mile at work in case I upset my bosses. Since having the Belief Coaching with Lisa I feel so much stronger. I don’t just do things in case saying no means I upset someone. I know my own mind and I’m not afraid to speak it.
