Treatment and support for anger management.

Anger and rage are not actual emotions. They are a reaction to something much bigger. If you are feeling backed into a corner (vulnerable) anger can set in. People sometimes feel more comfortable to express their boundaries when they are upset. In moments of anger, it is a way of trying to reclaim your power (in an unhealthy way). The driving force of anger is helplessness, fear or just being plain fed up.

Anger is actually a huge discomfort for some people and can be very difficult to control.

Getting help for anger issues.

The good news is, just like anxiety, stress, a lack of confidence; it can be healed through Belief Coaching and Therapy Sessions. Anger is the symptom of an emotion. An emotion that has been trapped or suppressed. Once trapped emotions are released (a technique I use within the session) the results are transformative.

What price would you put on your mental health and well-being?

Do you wonder if you can afford better mental health and wellbeing?

Questions I often get asked include, ‘How much is counselling per hour?’ ‘I don’t think I can afford to better my mental health’ ‘Why is it expensive?’ – But truly what price can you put on the quality of your life, well-being and mental health?

Coaching and therapy should be seen as an investment. An investment in YOU! If a person breaks their leg. They wouldn’t think twice about going to an NHS Hospital to seek medical attention. In my opinion, looking after your mental health and well-being should be no different. I lived with anxiety for almost six years. I paid for two Belief Coding Coaching sessions and the symptoms of my anxiety were instantly relieved. If I had of invested sooner, I would have experienced transformation sooner and ultimately saved myself years of worry. After all, I had paid more for a cut and colour at the hairdressers than I did for my first session. So I invite you to consider…

Worth considering…

I offer a free discovery phone call and my sessions average at just £47.50 per hour. Furthermore, many of the clients I work with have between 1 and 3 sessions to experience full transformation. Read about their successes here. 

I have spoken to clients who have paid around £250 for one session and needed at least 5 sessions to feel the full impact. I also know of talk therapy and private counselling sessions where there is a weekly fee of £80 for 8 weeks.

Maybe consider re-framing these questions – How much is counselling per hour? How much is therapy or coaching per hour?  Instead ask yourself, ‘Am I worth investing in?’

Find a therapist near me, Staffordshire

Is location important when looking for a coach or therapist?

No! There are a number of amazing therapists and coaches across Staffordshire and Stoke On Trent. However you don’t have to choose a therapist near to your home. Whilst it may be convenient to choose a therapist or coach near to you,  it is more important you choose the right one for you!

Where is the right setting?

I always ensure my clients are in a comfortable setting for them. This can be face to face in their home across Staffordshire or Cheshire. My place of work in Newcastle Under Lyme or via a zoom call if preferred. Above all, you need to feel relaxed and in an environment you feel at ease in to ensure the belief coding session is most effective for you.

Finding the right therapist for you. 

It is important to find the person who is the right fit for you. Many of my clients find the discovery call a really important part of the process. We get to speak, understand goals and what is important to them on their journey for improved mental health and well being. The bond between you and your chosen coach/therapist is pivotal to your growth.

What should you consider when looking for a coach or therapist?
  1. What are your goals? Know your starting point, this is often helpful but not always essential
  2. Think of questions before your initial consultation. For example, what are your coaching techniques 
  3. Join Facebook groups, follow on line (Facebook and Instagram) and observe any content they share
  4. Consider a referral from a friend, family member or colleague
  5. Look at success stories and testimonials (look at my success stories )
  6. Trust your gut feeling! If you feel comfortable with them, it’s a good sign
